1. Are flooring samples available?
Yes, free vinyl & laminate flooring samples are available upon request after prices confirmation.
2. What is your MOQ?
The MOQ is one 20' container with maximum 4 colors to choose.
3. How about your Delivery?
Depends on the quantity and variety of the POs, lead time is generally between 20 days to 35 days.
4. What are your Payment Terms?
A 30% deposit is required before production, and balance against copy of B/L via T/T. Other payment methods such as L/C are also acceptable.
5. What certifications are you covered?
Our PVC Vinyl floorings and laminates are manufactured according to international standards. We are ISO9001, ISO14001, E1, B1, CE, SGS, Carb2, FloreScore certified.
6. Do I need to pay the patented click fees?
We can provide Unilin & Valinge click system.
If you are going to sell our Vinyl Luxury Tile PVC Flooring and Laminates in North American or European market, you must pay the patented click fees provided that you choose the patented click system.
No need to pay the patent click cost for other countries and regions.
7. Is OEM available?
Yes, we can provide OEM production services but we need your authorization to use your trademark or brand name on our vinyl flooring & laminate products.
8. Can you provide the flooring accessories?
Yes. We also supply floor accessories such as skirting, EVA sheet, cork, vinyl rolls etc. We promise to offer you one-stop services for your flooring projects.
9. What is your warranty policy?
We use 100% virgin PVC material for our PVC Vinyl floorings.
For residential use (0.3mm wear layer recommended), 25 years
For commercial use (0.5mm wear layer recommended), 15 years
